Yesterday the prof. (one of the nicest women you’ve ever met) collected us in her own car and took us and some of her students for a tour of the country outside of Piacenza. We visited the ancient town of Bobbio with it’s cathedral (Duomo) built in the 14th Century. Then we took in the mountains which, with the snow, felt like the Alps.

It’ll be sad to say goodbye to Piacenza, especially with the friends we’ve made (Latizia, Julia, The Prof, Vico, Nico, Pedro, and all the students we met.) However We’re getting to see them again in Milano in a few weeks time.

In Milan airport now. Waiting for a fight to the south. Ali our tech has just won £50 on a puggy. Drinks on him...
